Perform Supply Chain Organizational Analysis

The activities associated with reviewing the roles and responsibilities at the supply chain level.

Organizational analysis for the end-to-end supply chain defines roles and responsibilities for the complete supply chain for the purposes of analyzing conflicts, deficits and to clarify for communication where various input/outputs are required.

All roles identified in the Supply Chain Outline (A102) are typically included in the organizational analysis.
