Digital Millennium Copyright Act

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of removing copyrighted materials and terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our Website and Services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

• Your contact information; full name, address, phone number and email; and

Your signature (assuming you are the copyright holder or you are authorized to act for the holder);

Understanding Copyright Law

Before submitting a notice take note of the following:

• OpenReference, OpenReference Wiki and orwiki.org are names used by the OpenReference Initiative. The OpenReference Initiative does not use other names or mimic names of proprietary references published by other organizations.
