Supply Chain Prioritization Matrix template
Supply Chain Prioritization Matrix: A tool to order supply chains according to relevance, and to facilitate the selection of key supply chains for consideration in later management phases. The matrix typically has more than one criterion for ranking. Example criteria are:
  • Revenue
  • Contribution Margin (Gross Margin or Net Margin)
  • Growth Potential
  • Number of products

Notes

Avoid the use of opinion-based criteria and non-measurable criteria to avoid disputes.
