The activities associated with determining and documenting the impact of process and supply chain network changes on resources and skills. The purpose is to determine the high-level or gross requirements for hiring, re-deployment, training in support of the proposed process and network changes.
This may include assessing changes required in organization structures (who reports to whom), but this is not always a requirement. It is important to agree and document how changes to performance goals will cascade through the different organizations.
