A Term describing the status of a shipment of a package or packages. Delivered indicates the recipient has received the package and may have signed for receipt.

Use Cases

A Courier Express and Parcel shipment typically has statuses in the following sequence:

  1. Information Received
  2. Picked Up
  3. In Transit
  4. Out for Delivery
  5. Delivered

This includes customer and Reverse Logistics shipments.
