M-BOM is an acronym for Manufacturing BOM, a BOM maintained and used for production scheduling purposes. More extensive than Planning BOMs, Manufacturing BOMs include all materials or parts that are needed to schedule production. This excludes Drip Parts and other parts or materials that do not require detailed scheduling/availability checking.
M-BOMs typically only contain the current revision of parts or materials.
