The activities associated with the discovery, evaluation and selection of new ways (practices) to organize the network, with the purpose to reduce or eliminate the gap in overall supply chain performance. Example practices include: adding, changing or deleting nodes, adding, changing or deleting high-level processes. This includes automation, outsourcing, insourcing.

  • Practices benchmarking

Each solution will be evaluated against a set of business rules and business and supply chain strategy. Only solutions that pass this evaluation will be worked out in detail in the Network Design process. Reverse Logistics
